HOW WE DO IT: Workout planning

Your workout plan is organized using a simple template in google sheets. All sheets will be shared with you so we can both edit them in real time. This way, we work together to mold a plan that is best suited to your needs. This happens through real-time feedback you provide based on how your workouts make you feel.

This way, we can adjust on the fly to provide you a program that pushes you appropriately and effectively towards the best results. Plans are provided on a monthly basis but can be adjusted down to the week and even the day, depending on the plan you purchase.

HOW WE DO IT: NUTRITION PLANNING

Included with every package is nutrition tracking. Your starting weight, goal weight, activity/intensity level of your program and general fitness level will all be taken into consideration with building out a comprehensive calorie intake estimate to help you reach your goals healthily and sustainably.

Like everything else in your program, your nutrition tracking is fully customizable, and you may feel free to use it as much or as little as you like. Some clients enjoy painstaking tracking of every single calorie, whereas other clients enjoy flexible estimates and suggestions. Just like your exercise calendar, we will work together to build your nutrition tracker exactly to your preferences and goals.
